Placing Your Advert.
Information you provide about your wedding business will be held and used by www.thecompleteweddingdirectory.co.uk and its owner Gatenby Services Ltd (GS) solely to set up an advertisement for you and will not be passed on to any other third party. Such information including your contact details will not be provided to any third party for the purposes of providing email lists or to be used to sell third party services.
Such information includes all text and any pictures supplied. Where such information is derived from your own website we will have sort your permission to use this data prior to setting up the advertisement on The Complete Wedding Directory.
We will use all reasonable care to ensure the information posted on the advertisement is accurate, but The Complete Wedding Directory accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions that may occur and will not be responsible for any loss arising, however, caused through the setting up and use of the advertisement on the The Complete Wedding Directory website.
We strongly recommend that customers check their advertisements as soon as these become live and from time to time, to ensure such details are up to date. An email will be sent to you immediately your advertisement goes live with a link to your advertisement.
All Amendments you may require should be emailed to [email protected]; such amendments are free throughout the term of the advertisement.
Payment
The payment for your advertisement must be received before the advertisement can go "live" on the website. Normally we will collect such payment by credit or debit card. Note this sensitive information will be used purely to collect the agreed amount and then destroyed immediately. The Complete Wedding Directory does not retain any details of credits cards or bank details. For this reason in the event that such electronic payment fails for whatever reason, we may need to take the details again of that or another credit/debit card. The payment taken is for the creation and subsequent publishing of the advertisement.
Refunds
In view of the technical and set up costs being at the commencement of the process to create your advertisement, we do not give any refund in whole or in part, once the advertisement goes live; at any time.
Terms Of Use
The advertisements held on the website www.thecompleteweddingdirectory.co.uk are normally available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the year for potential customers. However, The Complete Wedding Directory will not be liable in event that the website becomes unavailable, whether this is because of technical difficulties, such as breakdown of Servers or power loss, nor through the winding up or closing down of The Complete Wedding Directory.
The information given in the advertisement on The Complete Wedding Directory website is provided to potential customers in good faith, but no liability will be accepted for any loss that may occur either to you, the advertiser or your customer through the use of this website.
Any contract you have with your customer for the hire or purchase or otherwise of your products or services will be entirely separate to the introduction that may be attributed to the use of the website. Once created the Advertisement (being all data and pictures held therein) becomes the property of The Complete Wedding Directory. Copying, printing or downloading of such data is allowed for an individuals use to allow selection of products or services. Copying, printing or downloading of data for Marketing or Sales purposes by third parties is strictly forbidden.
Advertisers or visitors to the site should not attempt to change or modify any data. The Complete Wedding Directory will not accept any responsibility for any loss arising out of such attempts. Where Advertisers require changes to be made they should contact The Complete Wedding Directory who will make such required changes promptly and without charge (see above).
The provision of advertisements for wedding suppliers on the website is provided for use by both UK residents as well as overseas residents. However, these terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law (always recognising any EU law that may apply). In the event any dispute arises The Complete Wedding Directory will always attempt to resolve any issue without resource to legal proceedings.
The Complete Wedding Directory maintains details of the number of times an Advertisers advertisement is accessed as well as the number of potential customers who may have "clicked" over to see your own website. Such information is retained purely to check the amount of interest in your advertisement and is only divulged to a given Advertiser when requested or at the end of the period of advertising.
