Dragon Roastery is a small independent coffee roastery based on Anglesey. Not only can you buy the punchy roasted coffee online but they have also beautifully converted a horse box into a mobile coffee and cocktail bar covering the North Wales area.

This is a great choice for your wedding day big or small. The cafe/bar is a self-contained unit with running water, electric hook-up and solar panels so no noisy generator. Biodegradable cups and plastics where possible and chip & pin facilities are available. They work with local suppliers to make sure you have the best produce.

Latte:

Prosecco bar plus local bottled beers & ciders.

Americano

Gin bar with a choice of up to 10 gins plus local bottled beers & ciders.

Espresso

Choice of two spirit bases and two cocktails per spirit tailored to your wedding plus local beers & ciders.

You can choose to have a cash bar or a pre-paid bar. The team are very flexible and bespoke packages can be made to suit your needs and budget.
